Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped using one of the following methods:

• Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx, with an estimated delivery time of 10-15 business days after shipment. Shipping fee: 12.95 USD.
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over 50 USD, delivered via EMS with an estimated delivery time of 15-25 business days after shipment.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Return & Exchange Policy

You have 15 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange an item. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of certain products, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Personalized or custom-made surfboards and kitesurfing equipment.
• Used or damaged items that do not meet our return criteria.

Ship the package to the provided address using a trackable shipping method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
4. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return criteria. If approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. If you paid via PayPal, the refund will be processed through PayPal.
