Return & Exchange Policy

You have 15 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange an item. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange due to their nature (e.g., personalized or custom-made products).

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.
  2. Receive Instructions: Our team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed, including the return address and any necessary forms.
  3. Package and Ship: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging and include all accessories, tags, and documentation. Ship the package to the provided address using a trackable shipping method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  4. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return criteria. If approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. If you paid via PayPal, the refund will be processed through PayPal.

Non-Returnable Items

Based on our product offerings and the nature of certain items, the following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Personalized or custom-made surfboards and kitesurfing equipment.
  • Used or damaged items that do not meet our return criteria.
